E483 042 Ferrotramviaria Eccellente

Another novelty of the Calabrian summer rail scene, which unfortunately I could not photograph as well as it deserved, is a pair of freight trains worked by Ferrotramviaria locomotives between San Ferdinando and Bologna Interporto. That day the assigned locomotive was the E483 042, seen here just south of Eccellente station, thanks to the kindness of a farmer who allowed me to improvise this shot from his fields.
