D445 1034 Fildidonna (CT)

On Sundays, historic trains run in Sicily. This one goes from Messina to Caltagirone, hauled by 445 1034. I couldn't miss the chance, although along the whole line this is the only spot where the light is right. The 30-minute delay was a godsend, improving the position of the sun a little. The black smoke from the D445 coming downhill makes me think of a greeting from the driver, which the photographer did not fully appreciate...
