2 March 2026: Chasing the Treno del Ricordo

A photo day as in the old days, from dawn until the light allowed photography at dusk, with rather unkind weather, chasing the Treno del Ricordo on the Catania-Palermo and Palermo-Messina lines: a first shot on the double track between Bicocca and Catenanuova, then Libertinia, one shot before and one after Enna, Cerda, then Pollina, Torremuzza, and finally the photos at the road bridges of Oliveri and Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, with some other ordinary trains.
