2 June 2015: Along the Rhine valley

The third and last day of the June 2015 trip to Germany includes shots along the banks of the Rhine, at Lorch, Kaub and Alf, with a remarkable fleet of locomotives hauling trains that are almost exclusively freight. The day begins with a short local trip in Mainz, continues along the river and ends in an endless wait for a passing train at Oberlahnstein. See you again in better weather, Germany!
