31 October 2020: Traffic on the Catania-Messina line

Most of today's photographable traffic on the Catania-Messina line: the first shot on the Circumetnea at Giarre, then at the Fiumefreddo road bridge to take the 'Pop' shot of the new working with regional 12861, the first freight of the day, then shots at Calatabiano, a great place full of childhood memories for me, for an Intercity and an Intercity Notte and the freight on the cover, a short stop at Alcantara to document the work train standing here, then the famous panoramic viewpoint of Sant'Alessio Siculo, shot from different heights, and finally shots at Fondaco Parrino, from the famous rock-climbing boulder beside the line and from the beach, ending with the near-meet of the Intercity Notte trains to and from Milano Centrale at Taormina Giardini.
